Connecting your scanner to Denka UK Maintainers Lab.
To make accessing our services as quick and convenient as possible, we’ve partnered with all major intraoral scanner providers. This means you can send scans directly from your scanner to us. Connecting is simple, just follow 5 easy steps for your scanner manufacturer in the guide below.

Log into your account
Click on ‘Partners’ on the left side
Type digital@maintainers.co.uk in the search bar
Find Denka Maintainers and click ‘Request Partnership’
Click the Details and press ‘Request Partnership’ again
We will approve your request quickly, and your status will update to ‘partners’. Then you can start sending your cases to the lab
Trios Connecting your Trios Scanner to Denka Maintainers Lab

Go to Configure, Lab connection Settings
Press the Add lab button
Open Connection Settings and press Add Connection
Enter the name Denka Maintainers or digital@maintainers.co.uk & press Find
Connect to Denka Maintainers
We will approve your request quickly, and your status will update to ‘partners’. Then you can start sending your cases to the lab
ITero Connecting your iTero Scanner to Denka Maintainers Lab

Through your settings go to Practice Settings and click connect.
Click ‘My Labs’ then ‘Add Labs’
To find a new lab type in DenkaUK
and click connect.
A confirmation message will display, press yes to continue
Once connected it will appear under
My Labs

Log into your DentalX account with the URL eur.dentalx.cloud
Click ‘Manage’ on the left hand panel
Click ‘Partners’ on the top panel, Click add ‘Partner’
Search digital@maintainers.co.uk
Click ‘Collaboration Apply’
We will approve your request quickly, and your status will update to ‘partners’. Then you can start sending your cases to the lab

Login to DEXIS IS Connect as a Dentist
In the Partners window, click invite a partner
In the Email field, enter the email address of the Laborotory ‘digital@maintainers.co.uk’
In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message.
Click send
We will approve your request quickly, and your status will update to ‘partners’. Then you can start sending your cases to the lab
