How our Peer Referral Programme works?

To refer a colleague, simply introduce them to maintainers and ask them to register to our lab for free at maintainers.co.uk.

When completing the registration form, they should add your practice name in the “Referral” field.

*Maintainers Peer Referral Programme – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Peer Referral Programme (“Programme”) is open to registered dental practices and dental practitioners using Maintainers’ services. By participating, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Referral Process
    To qualify for a reward, the referring practice must invite a peer (another dental practice or dental practitioner) to use Maintainers’ services. The reward will only be issued once the referred practice/practitioner completes their first case request with Maintainers.

  3. Reward
    Upon successful completion of the referred party first request, the referring practice/practitioner will receive one free case, which can be applied to their next case order.

  4. Usage Restrictions

The free case cannot be redeemed for cash or any monetary alternative.
The free case cannot be applied to cases already completed or previously billed.
The free case must be used in accordance with Maintainers’ standard ordering process.

  1. Programme Changes
    Maintainers reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice.

  2. General
    Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Maintainers’ decisions regarding eligibility, reward issuance, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions are final.
