These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Denka U.K. Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") and dental professionals ("Client," "you," or "your") who order dental appliances including retainers, nightguards, and whitening trays from us.

 

  1. Products and Services

We specialize in the manufacturing of custom dental appliances, including:

  • Retainers (Essix)
  • Nightguards
  • Whitening Trays

All appliances are custom-made based on the impressions, scans, or instructions provided by the dental professional.

 

  1. Order Submission and Acceptance
  • All orders must be submitted with complete and accurate case information.
  • We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
  • Orders are considered accepted upon our written or electronic confirmation.

 

  1. Turnaround Time
  • Standard turnaround time is next day from receipt of all necessary materials for orders received before 2pm.
  • Turnaround time may vary based on case complexity, volume, or unforeseen delays.
  • Rush services may be available at an additional charge.

 

  1. Pricing and Payment
  • Prices are set forth in the current pricing sheet and may be subject to change with 30 days’ notice.
  • Payment terms are [Net 30 / Due on Receipt / Credit Card Required, etc.].
  • Late payments may incur a [1.5]% monthly interest charge.
  • Returned checks or failed transactions may incur additional fees.

 

  1. Shipping
  • Shipping costs are included.
  • All shipments should be inspected upon arrival and issues reported within the same working day

 

  1. Warranty Policy

Retainers

  • Retainers are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against material defects and manufacturing errors.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of invoice.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Damage due to improper use, storage, or cleaning
    • Loss or theft
    • Changes in the patient’s dental condition (e.g., tooth movement, dental work)
    • Improper impressions or scans

Nightguards & Whitening Trays

  • No warranty is provided unless explicitly stated in writing.

Warranty Claims

  • Claims must be submitted with the original appliance and a description of the issue.
  • We reserve the right to inspect and determine the validity of all warranty claims.
  • Valid warranty claims will result in repair or replacement at our discretion.

 

  1. Returns and Remakes
  • Requests for remakes must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Remakes due to our error will be done at no charge.
  • Remakes due to poor impressions, incorrect information, or changes in prescription may incur a full charge.

 

  1. Liability
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
  • The dental professional is responsible for the correct use, fitting, and delivery of appliances to the patient.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  • All designs, processes, and documentation related to our products remain the exclusive property of Denka U.K. Ltd

 

  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

 

  1. Amendments
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
