All Maintainers Lab dental services are provided with next-day turnaround as standard. This includes the manufacture and dispatch of:

• Dental Retainers

• Night Guards / Occlusal Splints

• Whitening Trays

• Bilaminar Splints (also known as Dual Laminate Guards)

• Sports Mouth guards

• Study Models

As long as your case is submitted with the required digital scans before 2:00 pm, we will manufacture and dispatch your appliance for next-day delivery, with no additional production or standard delivery charges.

Delivery Information

• Next-day dispatch is guaranteed when the 2:00 pm cutoff is met

• Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed under standard next-day delivery

Pre-12 pm Delivery Option

If you require your item before 12:00 pm the following day, a pre-12 pm delivery upgrade is available at an additional cost.

Yes, you can absolutely send physical impressions to Maintainers Lab — and the process is quick and simple.

All you need to do is submit your case via the Maintainers online portal. At the end of the submission process, you will be provided with a freepost label, allowing you to send your impressions to our laboratory free of charge.

Once your impressions arrive at the lab, they will be processed in line with our standard 24-hour turnaround, and you’ll be notified by email upon receipt.

Unfortunately, next-day turnaround cannot be guaranteed for cases sent using physical impressions, as these must first be delivered to our laboratory.

Once your impressions arrive at Maintainers Lab, we will process and turn around the case within 24 hours, in line with our standard service times.

Delivery & Tracking Information

While our freepost return label is a next-day postal service, we cannot guarantee next-day delivery of physical impressions. However:

• As soon as your impressions arrive at the lab, you will receive an email confirmation of receipt

• All cases are then prioritised for 24-hour manufacture

Track Your Order Online

You can track the status of all your orders at any time via your online customer portal, giving you full visibility from receipt through to dispatch.

On the morning of your delivery day, before 9:30 am, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking ID. This tracking link will provide an estimated delivery time from our courier.

If you have opted in to WhatsApp notifications, you will also receive a dispatch confirmation message via WhatsApp.

For dental practices:

• Individual staff members can be given access to track their own submitted cases

• Admin users can be granted full access to view all cases submitted by all dentists in the practice

• Sending cases to the lab does not complete registration. To access the Maintainers and Denkalign service portal, lab registration must be fully completed.

No you don't. The price we promote is the total price you pay. No hidden fee's no next day delivery charges. 

Cases are not included with orders as standard.

We do offer a premium aligner case for £2 each. You can request these:

• Automatically on registration, so that a case is included with all of your lab requests.
